Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Costs advertised are for Continental USA ONLY. All Shipping costs are Non-Refundable if charged
We strive to ship most of our products the same day or within 24Hrs-48Hrs after your payment has been cleared. If you purchase any items over the weekend or on National Holidays, shipping will take place the next following Business Day.
We ship using the following shipping Carriers ONLY, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS. it is at our discretion on which shipping carrier we wish to use, but you will get the item in a timely manner.
** Please Note: We will not be able to ship to any P.O.BOX or APO Addresses. We will need a physical address to proceed with shipping any orders
*** If you have paid via the PayPal payment method, Please Note: We will only ship to PayPal Confirmed Address. ***
Before you checkout, if you do require a shipment to be expedited, Please free to contact us and we will do all we can to get you the item in a timely manner.

*** International Buyers - Please note ***

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We are not held responsible for delays in shipping due to customs.
  • Because we deal in such bulk quantities. We are unable to affix special notes to the reference fields of order. As such, requests to do so will not be fulfilled. This also goes for writing special notes on the outside of box
  • Please do not ask us to declare false information on Customs forms. This includes stating the item sold at a lower value, that the item is not usable, or is a gift. <br />THIS IS CUSTOMS FRAUD AND IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW IN THE UNITED STATES. We will not honor these requests.

All items will only be shipped to the address that was specified at check-out. If you need the item shipped to another address, we must cancel the order and you must check out again and specify the preferred address during checkout.

 

Return Policy Terms & Conditions

Our return policy for ALL returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 Days from your original Order Date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All products must be returned within 10 Days after RMA# issued or the RMA # will be VOID and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To complete your return, we will require you to contact our Returns Team at Sales@amazonmicrousa.com and insert the following on the subject line
[AMAZON MICRO ORDER # ____________________ RETURNS REQUEST].
For all New Products, all warranty is carried out by the respective manufacturer unless specified otherwise.
For all Good Part Returns, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30%. The Restocking Fees will be addressed to the customer before being charged.

*** Some of the reasons on what how restocking fees would apply to your RMA REQUEST ***
a. Wrong Parts Ordered by the Customer
b. Product no longer in Original Sale Condition (i.e. Retail box now opened or Shipped New Retails and when the product was returned back to Amazon Micro USA, it was just the unit and not original packaging)
c. Product returned for malfunction but tested In Working Condition at Amazon Micro USA.
d. Returned without prior authorization from Amazon Micro USA
e. Parts No longer Needed

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Credit Refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your credit refund has been applied to your order, check with your order where the refund was applied as all Refunds, will be applied to the original Method of payment.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@amazonmicrousa.com.
Then contact your credit card company and verify if the refund has come through on their side. As it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your Credit Refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All Items that are received in DAMAGED condition, must be informed to Amazon Micro USA within 3 Days to get a valid exchange done
All Items that have been received Dead on Arrival must be informed to Amazon Computer Technology within 30 Days to get a valid exchange done.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@amazonmicrousa.com and get in touch with your Sales rep and Exchange and Return instructions will be provided to you
All Exchanges will be shipped Standard Ground Shipping, with prepaid Shipping charges. If you require expedited Shipping for any replacements units, we will have to charge you for the difference in shipping

*** YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. ***
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For all replacements and exchanges, depending on where the item is shipping to, it may take a few extra days for the exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a RELIABLE shipping service which uses a tracking system & purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
